inguinal hernia and enlarged prostate

I am facing urination problem for the last seven years. About 3 years ago, a bulge rised below my abdomen.Now I am facing impotency also. Doctors have diagnosed it as hernia and enlarged prostate. And adivsed me to go for surgery for both the deseases. May you please help me? |
