Laperocopic Myomactomy

we had a fibroid on uetrus and we have approched to Dr. Sanjay Gupte in pune. We ve done LM on24th March 2011 but still there are pains on left side of lower abdomen and fibroid was at left side. Dr. has prescribed "Tab. Tramazac & Tab Buscopan" to get relife but once the effect of tab's goes off then it starts paining again. we have already done sonogram after LM and found all organs fit and fine , we have also done a urine test for infection testing but report stays normal. We still don't understand why the pain should be there if everything is normal. please advise |

Dear Mrs. Sampada Dr. Sanjay Gupte in Pune is a good gynecologist. Please keep confidence in your doctor. Some time pain is present up to 3 month after surgery. In our opinion with time pain should subside as you are saying all the investigation is O.K. actually in most of the cases fibroid is not a cause of lower abdominal pain. Please get one ultrasound of KUB repeated if pain persist for few more week. With regards Sadhana |

Hello Dr. Sashana We have full faith on our doctor and we know that he is one of very good dctors in pune. This was our one of the questions that even though our all tests are normal , why it is still paining. |
