My mother is 77 yrs old, she is suffering from cystocele, due to this, she suffers from frequent urine infection. she screes off operation b'cos of failure of operation means continuous seepage of urine. Now my query is that laproscopy is possible for cystocele and what is the success rate |

DEAR MR SAMADDAR Laparoscopic treatment of cystocele is possible but not in all cases. You should bring your mother to get examined by our gynecologysts then we can draw the conclusion because every patient has varying degree of prolapse and sometime it could be associated with rectocele as well ws hysterocele.
