Paitent is 78 yrs old lady suffering from cystocele and come across with frequent urine infection. paitent scares to under go for operation as there is a passing of urine in case of failure operation. Now my querry is weather laproscopic surgerry is possible for cystocele and what is risk factor/ success rate |

DEAR MRS SAMADDAR Laparoscopic treatment of cystocele is possible but not in all cases. You should bring your mother to get examined by our gynecologists then we can draw the conclusion because every patient has varying degree of prolapse and sometime it could be associated with rectocele as well ws hysterocele.
