My mother 60 yrs/F, diabetic-5 yrs Pap smear shows:- chronic non specific cervicitis Hystroscopy- Grade 1 (Figo) Adenocarcinoma. No other medical problem/allergy. Her DR advised for Radical Hysterectomy (abodomen). she said that she is not a good candidate for Laparoscopic Radical Hysterectomy due to her age .I stay in India where robotic surgeries is just started not very popular.Please advise the best mode of treatment for her. |
