Dear Nayaki We can understand the pain and agony you are suffering from. Laparoscopy is the most common procedure used to diagnose and remove mild to moderate endometriosis. Instead of using a large abdominal incision, the surgeon inserts a lighted viewing instrument called a laparoscope through a small incision. You doctor has performed surgery two time but still endometriosis has fair chance of recurrence. If the surgeon needs better access, he or she makes one or two more small incisions for inserting other surgical instruments like harmonic or laser to perform much better surgery. If pain is very distressing and patient age is more Recurrent pain can be relieved after hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy for endometriosis but your age is not to operate this way. Plan sometime to visit World Laparoscopy Hospital and we will decide what best we can do for you. With regards Sadhana |
