MY mother, age 51 years having two stone in left kidney size 17mm and 14mm . some claught in pelvic area outer kidney toward's bladder approx adjacent to kidney may cause obstruction. SIR,i want laparoscopic treatment for stone as well as for the claught. Dear Mr. Kaushal You need PCNL with Holmium Laser. It is a keyhole surgery for removal of kidney stones in which instruments with small diameter are used for smaller kidney punctures. Laser, pneumatic and ultrasound devices are used in the process to fragment stones and there is very less bleeding in the process. With highest power Lumenis Power suite Holmium Laser machine, even hard and large stones are fragmented quickly.
