Dear Akshat It is very difficult to advice you any treatment without examining you. As you are talking about granulation tissue after abdominal hystrectomy. Granulation is scar tissue which starts to form over an unhealed area, thus preventing/slowing true healing. Warning signs of granulation range from no obvious symptoms to an odor, spotting, or perhaps even some bright red blood (particularly after intercourse or new physical exertions). Strategy to granulation can take place inside your doctor |

Strategy to granulation can take place inside your doctor office, and takes hardly any time at all. An application of silver nitrate cauterizes the unwanted tissue. Some women report this like a painless intervention, while some have found it hurts. Total it's referred to as a stinging sensation. After silver nitrate treatments it is normal to possess some discharge for several days. This discharge might be blackish/gray in the beginning, but inside a short time the color should dissipate and convert to a clear/watery discharge for a day or two, then nothing. You may experience cramping and bloating for the initial few days. You might be allowed to resume all activities, (including swimming/bathing), as soon as the day you have the cauterization done, but you must follow your doctor’s restrictions because they is going to be highly relevant to Your circumstances. If you still have discharge after a week, a phone call towards the doctor is needed. With respect to the quantity of granulation you have, you may need to have more than one treatment.
