Sir, I am Anita (Unmarried,Age-26yrs) suffering from a Subserous Fibroids.size 6.5cm x 5.5cm and cross section 8.5cm.Sometimes i feel pain and most during Mens/periods,headache,excess bleeding etc. I am suffering from a Subserous Fibroids.size 6.5cm x 5.5cm and cross section 8.5cm.Doctor has told me to do Myomectomy.But i want clear that is there any medical treatment(Medicine) without surgery as i am Unmarried girl (Age-26yrs) to control for 1-2 years.After married i want to do surgery.Is any side effect of Myomectomy(Infertility,permanent menopuse etc.). I am afairing that it will cause Infertility Problem.Please advice me what is suitable for me at this time as i am unmarried.Please reply ur kind help/advice.Is Laproscopic Myomectomy is suitable for me??Docter has sugessted to this.Plz advice me which surgery is best for me. Dear Anita In our opinion you should go for Laparoscopic or preferable Robotic Myomectomy. Because your age is less and you are unmarried you should go for myomectomy surgery because medical therapy would not be effective. Uterine artery embolization and other non invasive procedure does not has clear fertility outcome. Sub Serous Myoma's are easy to remove by laparoscopic or robotic surgery. Respected Sir, Please reply me the total Expense/Fees for Laproscopic Surgery of Subserousal Fibroids.Its single in no. of size 6.5cm x 5.5cm and cross section 8.5cm. Total recovery time for going to work??For How many days i will admitted to hospital?? I am from a poor family.My father occupation is Agriculture. Please reply me the total expense at World Laparoscopy Hospital,Gurgaon. |
