After the surgery

I have undergone a surgery for excision of a cyst on the armpit 3 months ago,already followed some oral antibiotics and a cream.but still the pain is there and the colour of the wound is red,I can see pus coming oyt when I put pressure on the wound.will there be any problem if i use deodorants again .please advice me. Thank You |

Dear Chathu If there is redness, pain and pus comes that means cyst became infected and so you need surgery again to rmove the infected cyst. You should consult the surgeon who has performed the cyst surgery before and he will help you to diagnose correctly. These type of recurrence of cyst happens if some of the part of cyst is still there and it should be re-examined. With regards M.K. Gupta |
