Yesterday I and my wife met a local VOG in Sri Lanka. We founf that she is having endometriosis (minimal) stage. According to my seminal fliuid analysis motility is bit low. He adviced us to do a IUI first and if it fails then do a laparoscopy and try IUI again. I realy need your valuable advice. what are the steps we need to follow? Can we get an appointment for full check-up? I am from Sri Lanka and not dificult to visit your place. |

Dear Amila Rajakaruna Your gynecologists has given you correct advice. You can go for IUI. Laparoscopy she has advised for your wife for tubal patency test and two rule out other tubal cause of pregnancy. If you want you are welcome to India for treatment. With regards M.K. Gupta |
