just operated 2 weeks back removed fibroid but my stomach have grown fat i have been advised to avoid workout for next 3 months how do i reduce my waist size can i tie a band around my stomach to reduce my size will it affect my uterus to heal as my fibroid was 4 times bigger than my uterus i eat healthy food n walk in the evening wt else can i do ? |

Dear Neha Just putting a band will not reduce your fat. You should not do the exercise which will give pressure on your abdominal wall but you can do the exercise of limbs. You should also have control over your diet. I think you have gone through the open myomectomy surgery. If laparoscopic myomectomy is done than that much restriction in exercise was not required. Always know what you're going to have for dinner well before you begin preparing a meal. If you get into the habit of doing that, there will be no pressing need to measure portions, count calories or forgo your favorite foods. |
