Respected Dr, (M.K. Gupta)

Your valuable guidance will be of great help. Honestly, have some queries. These queries have been going on in our minds, for some
time, didn't knew whom to ask.

Your kind response and guidance, will go a long way, in our lives. We are eagerly awaiting to be blessed with the joy of motherhood and
fatherhood.

We are and will remain grateful to you.

My Husband's age is 34 and I am 29

Query :

The Laproscopy was performed on Feb 7th, 2012, and the right fallopian tube which was blocked, was opened. Our Dr. sttd, even the
Polycystic overies were punctured and the operation was successful.

After operation, wife had her menstrual on March 1st and April 3rd, and we went to meet our Gynaec Dr, for regular checkup.

The laproscopy operation has been done successfully, and post that, our Dr. said, we can try for a baby as tube and PCOD problem is
solved.
We did try to make relations post one month of operation.

Now, our Gynaec recommends, first to go through Ovulation Study ( to check the Egg-Formation ) then according to that, she will
recommend to go for IUI.
The Dr. said, its been 2 months Post-Laproscopy, and you have been trying for baby naturally, it is not happening, hence, we may need
to go for IUI.

1. We don't know, Is this is the Right Time to go for IUI Treatment" ?

2. Post successful laproscopy, once the Fallopian Tube block has been removed, is there any chance, that the tube gets blocked again ?

Eagerly awaiting for your positive response.

Thanks & Regards,

Dear Madam,

Infertility is not a disease but a desire to have baby. If is a multifactorial problem and sometime two problems can exist to gather. As seeing your history it looks like you should go for IUI now. even after laparoscopy tube may be blocked again so you should go for a HSG also to know the status of tube.

With regards
