I'm a 40 year old lady and have been having two periods a month for about six months. what can cause this to happen |

Dear Gina You are approaching near menopausal age and if you are facing heavy bleeding then this might be abnormal the cause might be Hormone imbalance, Infection of the uterus, Tumors of the uterus, and Miscarriage. Please consult any good gynecologist and get some investigation done. At the age of 40 even normal women should get some investigation routinely done like pap smear and USG. With regards J.S.
