Hernia pain while ejacuation

Sir, I have a small ingunal hernia and experiencing mild pain exactly during ejacuation. Also, brushing of testicles. Is it due to hernia or something else. |

Dear Gausy Dysfunction of the periurethral structures was postulated for pain, resultant engorgement within the vas, with the rhythmic contractions of ejaculation, might lead to the pain. Scarring around the vas is especially common which leaves the cord structures superficial to the external oblique aponeurosis. Neuroma formation at the scar site is a recognized cause of wound pain. Ejaculation causes contraction of multiple muscles. If one is pulled due to hernia it could cause pain similar to straining a muscle in another part of the body like during ejaculation. We recommend that patients with painful ejaculation should be considered for exploration, to detect and treat scarring, tethering or kinking of the vas. With regards J.S. Chowhan |

During ejaculation with intercourse I feel a ballooning feeling on the right side of groin. I had hernia repair 3-4 yrs ago this feeling started within the last 32 months or so. I don't know what to do, please help! Thanks Dear Steve Laparoscopic Hernia surgery is a good option. |
