Advantages of ovarian drilling is: High success rate Prolonged response Multiple births OHSS Dose, duration ovulation induction Disadvantages of ovarian drilling is: Adhesion formation Interceed not beneficial Requires surgery 1/3 require ovulation medications POF risk Less successful in smokers 25% vs 95% With regards Dr JS Chowhan |
