 Which method is best for 2 bilateral ingunal hernia surgery TEP or TAPP? Also, is the surgery has any side effect to the men's reproductive system?

For bilateral inguinal hernia surgery laparoscopy is the best choice. TEP and TAPP depends upon the surgeons choice and the size of hernia and whether it is direct or indirect hernia.
