bilteral hernia operation at WLH

Hi Doctor, I will be coming from overseas for a bilateral ingunal hernia operation at WLH. Is it necessary for me to stay in India for a while to get my body balanced to indian climatic conditions. Also, does WLH follows an international standard facility at the hospital including OTs, mesh etc? |

Dear Gaurav WLH has World Class infrastructure and it is few of the only hospital in the World which is fully dedicated for laparoscopic surgery. We do nothing except laparoscopy so you will not find any thing less in our institute. We are only institute in Asia where we started first daVinci robotic surgery for hernia. We do all type of advanced robotic and laparoscopic surgery. So never mind about Mesh OT and other thing which you have asked about. With regards J.S. Chowhan |

i am 85 and alcoholic. about two months back i developed hernia and doctor told me that i must have operation to get rid of my problem about which i am very much afraid. i use nebulizer and also duova breathing capsules. i was looking into laptop for help and information. fortunately i came across your website and was very much glad and impressed. we live in vikaspuri block h3/141 ground floor, and have another problem that i can move around in house only with walking stick due to acute pain in my knees. during 2010 we (my wife and myself) were in abu dhabi for a visit to our daughter and had injection in both knees and got very good relief. i am trying to find if i can get those injections so that i can walk with ease. our children are away and i have limited income.
