Dear Sonu Laparoscopic Surgery is very good option for fimbrial block. Different types of tuboplasty have been developed and can be applied by laparoscopy or laparotomy. They include lysis of adhesions, fimbrioplasty repairing the fimbriated end of the tubes, salpinostomy is also one of the option where by creating an opening for the tube, resection and reananstomosis is done i.e. removing a piece of blocked tube and reuniting the remaining patent parts of the tube so that it will re-anastomose, and tubal reimplantation which is reconnecting the tube to the uterus. Further, using fluoroscopy or hysteroscopy proximal tubal occlusion can be overcome by transcervical catheter recanalization or falloposcopy. So in summary you should opt for laparoscopic surgery to solve your problem of infertility. With regards Sadhana |
