Hi! My name is Priti Zinta. I am 25yrs old and not married yet so i intend to preserve my fertility.The Scan results says.... Enlarged uterus with fundal height of about 20wks.No gestation seen.Endometrial outline is normal in thickness and appearance.There are several intramural submucous and subserous fibroids with the largest three measuring about 112mm,103mm and 72mm in size.A hemorrhagic cyst with size of about 52mm is present in the right ovary.Nil other pathology identified. CONCLUSION;Multiple large fibroids, Right ovarian hemorrhagic cyst |

Dear Priti Zinta We are sorry that you have developed fibroid is so young age. Surgery is necessary to treat myoma but if you want you can go for Magnetic Resonance-guided Focused Ultrasound Surgery (MRgFUS). Dear Priti Zinta, With my personal experience treating very large that to three fibroids, the MRgFUS won't be that effective. With my personal experience. UFE i.e Selective uterine fibroid Embolization would be a great option for you. It has been proved that after UFE many of the patients had pregnancy if that is the concern. The success rate of UFE is much higher even better than MR guided HIFU and post procedure recovery is very quick |
