Dear Jia Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of anovulatory infertility, being found in approximately 75% of cases. Laparoscopic ovarian drilling (LOD) has been widely used to induce ovulation in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), predicting the clinical response to this treatment remains to be high. So in our opinion if the medical therapy fails you should go for laparoscopic ovarian drilling. With regards Sadhana |
