Dear mark Laparoscopy is considered gold standard for Bilateral hernia surgery. The cost benefits of a short hospital stay and rapid return to work afforded by laparoscopic bilateral hernia repair. You are feeling something strange in scrotum due to hernia. Uncomplicated bilateral inguinal hernias in adults are best treated simultaneously by laparoscopy. It is feasible to perform the operation under general anesthesia, and when a tension-free repair is used, postoperative pain and recovery periods are equally comparable with those of open repair, although the complication and the recurrence rates are significantly less.
