My wife(40 yrs) was complaining of persistant pain in lower abdomen. The pain kept on radiating towards the back also. The problem is also accompanied by regular vomiting, hard stomach and all-time headache.
The USB report of my wife shows following impsessions :
1. Promintently fatty lever
2. Bulky uterus with coarse myometrium and multiple interstitial and subserosal myomas.
3. Bilateral multicystic ovaries with left adnexal paraovarian cyst.

Dear Prashant

In our opinion your wefe need few more investigation to find out exact cause of pain. As you are saying pain is in the lower abdomen it may be related to the denaxal multicystic ovary.

The prominent fatty liver has to be corrected.

The cause of fatty liver disease is not clear. Certain factors tend to increase risk, but in some cases, no risk factors show up. However, fatty liver tends to run in families. It also shows up most often in people who are middle-aged and overweight or obese.

Take care that your wife might not be taking cholesterol if your wife often have high cholesterol or triglycerides and diabetes or prediabetes (insulin resistance), as well.

Other potential causes of fatty liver disease include:
Medications
Viral hepatitis
Autoimmune or inherited liver disease
Rapid weight loss
Malnutrition

Recent studies show that an overgrowth of bacteria in the small intestine and other changes in the intestine may be associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Some researchers now suspect this may play a role in the progression of fatty liver.

So you should think about these options and then take the opinion of your physician.
