Please consult some good physician who will diagnose what is the cause of pain abdomen in your case. Almost all of us will suffer from abdominal pain at some point, and sometimes it is difficult to know where your pain is coming from because you may feel it radiating from several sections of your abdomen. According to the Mayo Clinic, few causes of abdominal pain are central to one section of your body.

Most common cause of pain abomen is as follows:

Generalised abdominal pain with tenderness and rigidity

perforated peptic ulcer
perforation of other intrabdominal organs
AAA rupture
aortic dissection
pancreatitis
ectopic pregnancy
ischemic gut

Central/ periumbilical pain without abdominal signs
acute small bowel ischemia
acute appendicitis
acute small bowel obstruction
acute pancreatitis
testicular torsion
medical causes of abdominal pain

Epigastric pain

Gastrointestinal
gastritis
peptic ulcer
reflux esophagitis
pancreatitis
cancer (gastric, pancreatic)
