varicocele in left side

i had my laparascopic varicocelectomy operation on 16.octbr 2012 . Its my 8th day after the operation,am feeling severe pain day to day on the side of incision and on the left testic of the varicocelectomy particularly, the pain is on the ligated vassels from the incision side thruogh to the testic,the pain is like sever inflamion,my left testic swelled an firm an longer than the right one... So am very stressed for the lack of progressed recovery pls what must i do??? |

Dear Sir, This pain may be due to inflammation and according to our experience with time it should subside. You should get one USG done and contact one surgeon. Segmental testicular infarction is a rare clinical entity with various causes. So please get one color Doppler USG done. With regards J S Chowhan |
