As per Ultrasonography report of my wife (41 year weight 75kg) the finding are as below 1. Diffuse fatty Infiltration GRADE 1 of Liver 2. Uterus is anteverted , ante flexed & is bulky in size with maintained shape & outline , measure97mm.inlength, 43mm in AP dimension and 60mm transversely with volume of approx. 130.6 cc. Myometrial echo pattern is coarse & inhomogeneous .Endometrial echoes are seen normally. Endometrial cavity is cavity. 3. Anteverted Bulky Uterus with Coarse & Inhomogeneous Echo pattern.... Possibility of Adenomysis to be considered. 4. Possibility of APD acid peptic Disease cannot be ruled out. She has gone through the following surgery: 1 Cesareantwice 2 Appendicitis & Michelediverticulum open 3 Gall Bladderopen 4 Hemi thyroid 5 Umbilical Hernia operated on 19th Sept 2011 having 40 stitches |

Dear Anand Singh Koshal Inspite of multiple surgery which was done before laparoscopic hyterectomy is possible in your wife. In this type of hysterectomy, we insert a thin, lighted telescope-like instrument called a laparoscope and other small surgical instruments like hormonic scalpel or scissors into the navel and abdomen through 3 to 4 small incisions, each less than a quarter-inch long. The laparoscope acts like a video camera, guiding the surgeon as he or she carefully removes the uterus (womb) through one of the openings.
