Findings -->
Esophagus : 2cm Hiatus Hernia. Linear Mucosal break of 7mm at distal esophagus.
Stomach : Hyperaemia over antrum
Duodenum (d1) : no ulcer.No deformity ,(D2): Normal

Endoscopic Diagonsis : 1. Hiatus Hernia 2. Esophagitis LA grade 'B' 3.Gastritis
Biopsy : done for H.pylori by RUT ( -ve)

Dear Kamal
