I have intra-abdominal adhesions, recently had a fairly large adenoma removed, with a twisted colon and right kidney, this occurred due to deep fire burns, however i cannot tolerate the pain anymore and no one here is willing to operate, please help me in any way you can. Truly DONNA D SPENCE |

DEAR DONNA D SPENCE Although we have not examined you so we can not tell you for sure but we can perform the laparoscopic adhesiolysis in your case to remove adhesion. The laparoscopic approach was effective for the management of mechanical SBO in selected patients. Furthermore, minimally invasive laparoscopic adhesiolysis is also feasible and brings the benefit of cosmetic results. with regards J S Chowhan |
