Endometriotic nodule at post fornix around 1 by 1 cm.Menorrhagia since last 5 yrs.No pain,No Dysparunia,Whether to do laproscopic surgery.Is it possible to remove the nodule by laproscopy as the nodule in the post fornix in between the vagina and ant wall of rectum.have you done such specific operation.Thanks |
