My wife has undergone hemorrhagic cyst we had removed the same by laproscopic operation. Dr says there were multiple cysts so they need to cut the Fallopian tubes? Was it really needed to cut? for how long time we have to wait for intercourse after an operation of cyst? within 3 weeks from the operation she againg facing the same pains and again found cysts. Is it possible? what treatment we have to take? what are the precautions she has to take not to create cysts anymore. We do not have made intercourse from operation (in last 3 week) but is this a reason if she ejaculated herself then also cyst can be created? would be the reason to create cysts? |

Dear Abhijit kulkarni It is very common for endometrioma or Hemorrhagic cyst to re-appear after surgery. Ovarian endometrioma is a kind of disease lesion among women with endometriosis. Irrespective of its symptoms, surgical procedures are most frequently chosen due to the treatment because medical treatment alone is inadequate. Just about the most frustrating areas of treating endometrioma with laparoscopic excision is disease recurrence after surgery. You should consult your gynecologist who has operated the Hemorrhagic cyst and get advice for hormonal therapy. With regards M.K. Gupta |
