Dear Sir, Sir my wife Ismat Hashmi age 22yrs weight 55kg. She has been complaining for severe pain in her abdomen, pelvic area back pains during mense this month (i.e, Dec 26th) upon which we took medIcal consultancy from Dr. RANJANA MISHRA (GYNECOLOGIST). Doctor ask us to go for an ultrasound diagnoses. She has been diagnosed with "Intramural Fibroid (9.5cm X 8.8cm) in fundoanterior myometrium" causing pressure over endometrium.
