Dear Prerna The key therapy at World Laparoscopy Hospital is robotic radical resection of endometriosis, in which the endometrial tissue is surgically removed. With its superior visualization, robotic surgery has an excellent tool to find and excising all visible endometriosis-a step to avoiding a recurrence of the condition. Our surgeons at World Laparoscopy Hospital are also professional at fertility-sparing resection of endometriosis, by which special care is come to avoid harming the reproductive organs in the removing endometrial tissue. Other robotic procedures that could be performed in the same are robotic presacral neurectomy-a pain-relieving procedure the location where the surgeon cuts the nerves that carry pain impulses in the uterus towards the brain-as along with robotic salpingo-oophorectomy elimination of one ovaries and their respective fallopian tubes and robotic hysterectomy.
