Dear Anjulata Most hemorrhoids disappear on their own soon after days, some however, occasional can become thrombosed and wish surgical intervention to eliminate clotted blood; and others can persist becoming hard or painful. These piles may require more invasive treatment. One method is ligation, when a rubberband lies round the bottom of the hemorrhoid. This piles band restricts blood circulation and, consequently, the hemorrhoid withers away within days. Permanently is sclerotherapy - injection of your chemical solution throughout the circulation system to contract it. One third technique relies on infrared coagulation to get rid of the hemorrhoid by burning. Not only that, a surgical procedure known as hemorrhoidectomy is occasionally suitable for extensive or severe hemorrhoids to completely take them off. Most of these are last resorts for persistent or severe cases that don't reply to simpler methods. Stapled hemorrhoid surgery is good option you should considered. |
