Having multiple fibroid surgeries can affect the uterus, potentially leading to scarring or changes in the uterine structure. This could impact fertility or increase the risk of complications during pregnancy. It's essential to discuss these concerns with your doctor, as they can provide personalized advice based on your specific case. As for others with similar experiences, it's possible that there are people who have gone through similar situations. Support groups or online forums dedicated to fibroids and infertility may be helpful in connecting with others who can share their experiences and offer support. |

Yes, there are several support groups and resources available for couples dealing with infertility. Here are a few recommendations: Resolve: The National Infertility Association - Resolve offers support groups, online communities, and resources for individuals and couples dealing with infertility. They also provide information about treatment options, insurance coverage, and advocacy efforts. American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) - ASRM provides educational resources, including fact sheets, videos, and webinars, to help individuals and couples understand infertility and treatment options. They also offer a directory of fertility clinics and specialists. FertilityIQ - FertilityIQ offers reviews and ratings of fertility clinics and doctors, as well as educational resources and articles about infertility and treatment options. Online forums and communities - There are many online forums and communities where individuals and couples can connect with others who are going through similar experiences. Some popular options include Reddit's r/infertility community and the What to Expect forums. Counseling and therapy - Seeking counseling or therapy can be beneficial for couples dealing with infertility. A mental health professional can provide support and guidance as you navigate the emotional challenges of infertility. |
