Dear Rishu A unicornuate uterus is a form of congenital uterine abnormality müllerian duct abnormality. A unicornuate uterus has a smaller footprint than the usual typical uterus and in most cases has only one functioning fallopian tube. Sleep issues from the uterus might have what is known a rudimentary horn. A rudimentary horn is definitely an underdeveloped horn on the one hand with the unicornuate uterus. About 65% of women with a unicornuate uterus have a very rudimentary horn. The rudimentary horn may or may not get in touch along with the rest of the uterus and vagina. You need to come to World Laparoscopy Hospital to explore the possibilities and to see that you can get pregnant or not. With regards J S Chowhan |
