Dear Simpy Kaur

Chronic pelvic pain is often a debilitating ailment that affects greater than 20% of ladies today. High of the pelvic pain is a result of scar tissue known as adhesions. Adhesions are bands of keloid that connect normally separated pelvic structures. This connection represents a typical condition in gynecologic medical care which in turn causes incapacitating pelvic pain, infertility, constipation, and dyspareunia (painful intercourse). People are prone to have adhesive disease after a trauma. The injury might be brought on by surgery, infection, radiation or trauma towards the waist. (See causes below.)

Factors behind Pelvic Adhesions

Previous pelvic or abdominal surgery (most popular reason)
Good infection in the abdominal cavity
Endometriosis
Good cancer or radiotherapy
Previous intra-abdominal trauma or bleeding (ectopic pregnancy, car accidents, appendicitis)
Surgical glove powder
Indications

Adhesions are almost inevitable from a medical procedure as shown by the bar graph. It can be approximately the surgeon to reduce the chance of adhesion formation. Drs. Miklos and Moore understand this challenge and perform specific adhesion prevention techniques to avoid the formation of recent adhesions while attempting to eradicate the already established adhesive disease.
