I am 37 yrs married female I consulted gynac for menstrual problem where after few checkups and report which says 'SImple Hyperplasia of endrometrium without atypia' on this she has advised to remove the uterus immediately as if delayed it may lead to cancer.should I go for the surgery??? |

Dear Priya Women with simple hyperplasia without atypia of endometrium are least likely to develop endometrial carcinoma, whereas women with complex endometrial hyperplasia with atypia are most likely to develop carcinoma. The presence of nuclear atypia is the most worrisome finding. I think you should not worry much. Keep watching and take one second opinion. With regard J S Chowhan |
