Uterus ante-verted,mildly bulky and show lobulatedout lineposteriorly. Large hypo-echioc oval lesion seen predominately in body region in sub serous location on left side measuring 10.4 x 7.6 x 9.0 cms. Endometrial cavity empty. uterus measure = 8.9 x 4.0 x 4.6 cms Endometrial thickness = 7.3 mms both the ovaries appear normal.no cyst. no mass. No Adnexal mass or free fluid in POD. |
