Dear Jhutun While pregnant, the caretaker gynecologist needs extra nourishment for mother to support the developing baby and supplements to pay for her very own grown metabolic needs. Folic acid and vitamin B12 together help DNA replication, very important for fetal development and growth. Although marginal Vitamin B12 is important for upkeep of fetal development, folate alone cannot provide same good things about the pregnant mother. Deficits during these two important vitamin might cause neural tube along with other birth defects. In FOL123, DHA offers multiple good things about both mother along with the baby when it comes to increased birth weight, better neuropsychologic profile with the child, optimum fetal neurodevelopment, decrease in preterm delivery, and prevention of gestational diabetes. So I I think You should continue with FOL 123 With regard J S Chowhan |
