Dear Tariq You did not say anything about your symptom and how much is your problem of endometriosis is affecting your lifestyle and day to day work. You can opt for laparoscopic management of endometriosis. The advantage of laparoscopy is that your diagnosis can be confirmed and treatment can be carried out at the same time with minimally invasive technique. The other advantage of laparoscopic surgery is that it can be used to find out where the endometriosis is and how much of it there is, as well as making sure there is no other medical problem that is causing your symptoms which can be confirmed by biopsy and culture and sensitivity for PID.
