Dear Mr Jitenra Some great benefits of the VAAFT technique are evident: no surgical wounds for the buttocks or perhaps in the perianal region are provoked, there is complete certainty in VAAFT for the localization from the internal fistula opening which is an important factor in every fistula surgeries, along with the fistula may be completely destroyed from inside. There is no requirement to understand when the fistula is transphincteric, extrasphincteric or over sphincteric because operating from the inside no damage is caused on the anal sphincters.
