CECT KUB report of 62 yrs. old patient reveal lesion (98mm*88mm) with slight lobulated outline noted in upper & interpolar regions of right kidney deforming the renal contour .No evidence of direct invasion noted. Intervening fat planes appear preserved. LFT,Hepatisis, uric and kretanine tests are normal. What is the the problem and possible couse of treatment. |
