i have had a failed myomectomy where the doctor said he could not remove the fibroids due to adhesion.I would also want to add that i was diagnosed with endometriosis. largest of the multiple fibroids (7) is said to be 12cm x 8cm. |

Dear Eunice Sometime laparoscopic myomectomy may not be possible due to severe adhesion but it depends on the experience of surgeon. If it is impossible you can get open myomectomy done. With regard J S Chowhan |
