sir, I am 20 year old and my weight is 42 kg so i have gain weight. Please some advice of weight gain |

Dear Mr Patel To gain weight you need to do hard work. Eat three meals per day, along with two snacks. Eating over a regular schedule can help you ensure you are getting enough calories every day to gain weight. Make an effort to have generously-portioned breakfast, dinner and lunch, along with two snacks of high calory in between. You should focus on hefty foods. You do not need to exclusively eat high-fat foods to realize weight.
