Dear Naveen Anal fistula treatment by VAAFT is better for you. The VAAFT method is performed by us is a surgical procedures of complex anal fistulas in addition to their recurrences. telescope will be used to correct the localization with the internal fistula opening under vision, the fistula treatment from the inside of, and the hermetic closure with the internal opening. This technique comprises two phases: a diagnostic one as well as an operative one. There is no need to understand the fistula classification which obviously saves time and expense. Moreover, in VAAFT surgical wounds from the perianal region are prevented as well as the probability of faecal incontinence is avoided because no sphincter damages are provoked.
