Dear Mr G S Singh In case of complete azoospermia complete restoration of sperm count is not possible so IVF is only the option for you. For female partner your gynaecologist might have done diagnostic laparoscopy with hysteroscopy. Now your doctor has advised you IVF that means there may be blockage of the tube or your doctor has diagnose some intrauterine cause of infertility. Nowadays IVF has very good result, so you should not be disappointed and if the IVF will be performed by a good IVF specialist you will definitely get baby. With regard J S Chowhan |
