dear Chowhan Sir, I am 30 years old now.I had been suffering from inguinal hernia in the right side of my scotrum for 14 years. I was operated on November 12, 2010 and my hernia was repaired with mesh. But after that, there was occasional pain on the right testicle and the testicle seems to have swelled or enlarged than the left testicle. I have told my surgeon about this problem several time, but he didn't give importance to it. He told me that he didn't do anything with my testicle. Please tell me, is something wrong with my testicle or is it normal? Any spacial consern? I have been married for one and half year and my wife has been pregnant for 4 and half months. Please tell me what should I do? |

Dear Shivshankar Little enlarged one testes hernia surgery is not a problem and it could be normal. However, you should get it examined physically by one more doctor locally. With regard J S Chowhan |
