Dear Mr Sabir Ahmadov

Actually what causes PMS it is very difficult to diagnose without examining the patient, but hormonal changes trigger the symptoms. No single PMS treatment works for every patient. If the chocolate cyst has re-grown than it may be necessary to perform laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy surgery again.

You can come to World Laparoscopy Hospital for further investigation and treatment.
