Ano Rectal Abcess

l underwent drainage of ischio-rectal abcess in 2008. After which l have been struggling with a fissure. In 2012 last year I developed ano rectal abcess again for which the drainage was done. It healed again on dressing. After a year now I find a small hole near the same region. I got a sinogram done which suggests that there is a 4.5 cm long blind sinus without any communication with anal canal. I hv completed antibiotics course but of no avail. I dont hv any pain or fever or swelling or any discharge right now. Pls suggest what is the remedy for this. Regards Neeraj |
