My wife had operation of gallbladder 10 years ago and she got cut in her CBD and now she is facing many problem due to that cut and because of that cut she is also facing problem of changing CBD stent again and again which becomes panic to her. so its my request to you plz tell me about a permanent solution of all these problems.

Dear Manohar singh

from your statement it seems that there is stricture in CBD so there is stent which you are getting changed repeatedly. We need to see your complete report to decide that Roux en Y hepatojejunostomy has to be performed. Jaundice, pruritus, and recurrent cholangitis are major clinical complications in patients with obstructive cholestasis.

The major indications for hepaticojejunostomy are benign or iatrogenic strictures and injuries to biliary system.
